Billmatrix refuses to deal with fraudulent use
- - Fraudulent withdrawals totaling over $1300 from my accounts.
- - I do not use BillMatrix and have no account.
- - Customer service refused to help.
I recently found 2 large fraudulent withdrawals on my personal checking and debit account totaling more than $1300. I do not use their service or have an account with them.
Customer service refused to do anything about it. They could look up the transactions if they wanted to.
There would only be 2 transactions using my debit card number. BillMatrix does not stand behind their services.

- - They say they were scammed; the bank warned them.
- - A $51 charge claimed to restart autopay; no Verizon payment for the Android phone.
you are a scam and I fell for it, even though my bank tried to alert me. You charged me for what I thought was Verizon autopay. You charged me $51 and told me it would pay for May and June on my cell phone 'back charges' and implied that it was a new start to my regular monthly autopay, which I had been trying to resume.
There is no such payment made to Verizon for my android cellular phone.
User's recommendation: there is no such thing as being a customer. You will just be someone who fell for a scam, and will be trying no doubt to use my debit card in the future to continue the initial theft of $51.
