My bill is too high to pay I need a payment plan or pre paid services started asa my kids have asthma and need these lights cut back on asap

I had 387.88 deducted by bill matrix to pay my spectrum bill. They have the wrong security code which made the funds not post.

I have called the number from my bank account. It's just a recording.

The number is based out of Kansas. I need help getting this corrected so my spectrum bill will be paid.

The representatives are *** stupid. They literally get paid to do nothing and looks like the utility companies not getting paid and theyre gonna have to take me to court.

I'm home bound as of now I can't get out to make a payment and bill matrix isn't any help for some reason I've been locked out until June the 9th .I depended of your service now it want help me when I really needed it .oh my God

It says customer service is 24/7, but it is not working. Why you say customer service is 24/7 when it is not.

When am I going to see my money in my new account? It's been a week. I have called Bill Matrix and PSO.

So, I got billed by BillMatrix. I called customer service and they literally told me they can't look up anything for my account.

(A) I don't have an account; this was fraudulent activity. (B) I shouldn't have an account to begin with. (C) All my utilities are rolled in with rent. They told me the only thing I can do is call my bank.

This person was rude, arrogant and was provoking me intentionally by repeating the same thing over and over again.

I spoke with a supervisor and they did the same thing. Don't bother calling customer support!

I have been using This company to pay my energy bill on my phone. Unfortunately, this year in 2025.

I have received bill statements stating that I have pass due amounts owed that I need to take care of from the past.

This company needs to do investigations regarding these matters.

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only customer going through this glitch. Something needs to be done about this immediately.

I just paid $400 towards some lights and they are still off. I don't understand why this is happening; it's something that never happened before.

I needed to call them to explain that I was not able to pay my gas bill because there was a problem with their system. When I tried paying for my gas bill, through bill matrix, I just kept getting a reply saying youve already paid on March 5.

What does that have to do with anything. Im trying to pay for my most recent bill which I have not paid for it was a different amount that theyre quoting that I paid on March 5. It mightve been my last bill.

I tried this for two hours, and it kept on giving me the same reply. You already paid on March 5.

I have to pay on my prepaid power bill by midnight or power gets cut off and Bill Matricss phone number will not dial through. It says number cant be completed as dialed.

I made two payments my service was still disconnected after paying $50. Im cold I have a kid and we are now in the dark because I cant get a representative on the phone. Yall should have some type of call center available on the weekend if youre able to make disconnection over the weekend.

AEP says contact BillMatrix about overcharge difference from statement versus bank posting - then vice versa.

I cant get a resolution. No one is able to take responsibility or give me an explanation. Frustrating.

I pay my bills through Bill Matrix and love it! It so easy to use.

Pay your Ga. Power Bill through it without an ease. Also you can pay Scana and my friends love it. So do I.

They are very professional.

I just cant say enough about how great Bill Matrix is. Im moving and I was still able to pay my final bills for my house.
